Enmach has recently released a Grouper Bin Transport tank that will revolutionise the way you operate in your daily tasks.

The Multi Trans Transport tank, was designed by engineers to fit for a wide range of industries and is used for transporting liquids or chemicals. It is made from polyethylene, which is a durable and lightweight plastic material known for its excellent chemical resistance and ability to withstand harsh environmental conditions. The multi trans can be used in various industries, such as agriculture, chemical processing, water treatment, and food and beverage, for safely transporting liquids such as water, chemicals, fertilizers, pesticides, and other liquids. Its main features include UV resistance, vented lids, baffles for stability during transport, and fittings for easy filling and dispensing. The multi trans transport tank can easily be mounted on trucks, trailers, or other vehicles for transportation. It is corrosion resistant, lightweight construction, and affordable compared to other materials like steel where it is only short term due to corrosion.

The class-leading grouper bin transport tank has opened up options in transporting liquids & dry goods storage for many different industries. Moreover, the Multi Trans 7000 is a truck mountable tank system that consists of 1 or 2 x 7000m³ poly tanks that incorporate a total drain 30 degree plus base, integrated walkway and folding handrails for safety and is fully encased in a galvanised steel frame the same size as a 20’ shipping container and is complete with container lock downs in each corner. Enabling the serious operator to multi-task a flat deck trailer into a 14m³ or 28m³ transport tanker that is suitable for carrying liquid molasses, supplement feeds, liquid fertilisers, granular fertilisers, feed pellets, grain, seed, mineral supplements and many other products.

The outlets on the transport tank can also be optioned either with a liquid drain outlet with a 100mm pipe to the side of the frame fitted with a butterfly valve and a camlock fitting to make hose attachment a breeze or for dry goods transport. Also, a 150mm petrol-driven breakaway auger can be fitted to enable easy transfer into seeders, troughs or smaller bins such as the Enmach Stakka Bin

Liquid & Dry Goods Transport Tank System

Each poly seven cubic meter tank can be fitted with either petrol-driven augers for dry goods or camloc-capped pipelines for liquid transport. With an incorporated ladder and folding safety rail system for safe access, all encased in an engineered gal steel frame which can be simply twist locked to 20 foot container pins, the Multi Trans has revolutionised transport operations. In addition, the transport bins are manufactured from UV stabilised translucent polyethylene that allows the operator to visually gauge the level of the content stored in the tanks. The augers can be folded and stowed for safe transport. Enmach has developed an evolutionary modular transport tank system that can be simply forklifted onto flat deck trucks and trailers transforming them into a safer bulk transport solution.
