Enmach manufactures a wide range of water treatment tanks and dosing solutions suitable for the waste water treatment and regional council sector.
The range starts with the flat bottomed tanks in a heavy duty grade from 5000 litres to 29500 litres with 2” up to 6” outlet options or for the serious operator we offer our cone bottom tanks; 4.2m³, 7.2 m³ and 35m³ configured for liquid storage and specified to hold up to 50 tonne of molasses. With the poly conical bottom tanks for water treatment we offer 3” to 6” flanged outlets and can also supply valve bank and pump options. Working in closely with your requirements and our in house product engineer we pride ourselves in having the ability to give you the most diverse options of flexibility around the quantity, type and size of fittings to integrate into our cone bottom tanks to suit your waste water treatment and settlement needs.
All Enmach water settlement tanks are F.E.A engineered to store product with a 1.5 specific gravity. The conical shape of the tank promotes the settling of solids by creating a gradient that allows gravity to pull the heavier particles towards the bottom. This design facilitates the accumulation of sludge at the apex of the cone, making it easier to remove during maintenance. When wastewater enters the tank, the conical slope prevents turbulence and agitation, reducing the disturbance of settled particles. This allows for better separation of solids from the liquid phase.
